All are welcome! If you are new to coldwater immersion, we will help you get started.

Meet: At the boat launch docks. (Note that there are multiple adjacent parking lots. We generally park immediately West of the boat launch docks.)

Bring:

• A towel (or two)
• Warm clothes for before and after
• Water shoes or sandals (optional but helpful!)
• Waterproof gloves (optional but helpful!)
• A warm hat to wear while in the water (optional but helpful!)

Timing: We will get in the water 5 minutes after the start time. If you run late, you can join us when you arrive.
