What: A day (or overnight) trip to Bainbridge Island to sauna and hang at the beautiful new Fire+Floe on the Sound, with lawn games and coffee from Cold Plunge Coffee!

When: Saturday, May 4th:

 

Sauna sessions @ 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm

The 1pm session will have a Kettlebell workout option.

Also, use the restroom on the Ferry!  There is not great bathroom access at the sauna.

Pre / Post Sauna Activities

There’s lots to do on Bainbridge (see more below), so consider making a day + evening of it.  You can also come for the sauna session and then head home if you want!

Live Music:  Malo Castro & WEPA will be playing a FREE concert from 7-9pm in Pleasant Beach Village!

Lodging: Want to stay the night?

Camping is available at Fay Park on the water, with tent sites for ~$25, and cabins for ~100.  Note: Fay is a 20 minute drive from Fire+Floe.

Shuttle:  Don't want to drive on the ferry?  Pleasant Beach Village has a FREE shuttle to get you to and from the ferry.  Just call the front desk (206-866-6499) and say you're heading over from Seattle for the Sauna retreat and they'll pick you up.
